Meet Rose | Executive Director
Rose Sumpter is a deeply passionate Life Coach and Entrepreneur from Detroit, MI, with over a decade of experience in hospitality. She is a dedicated wife and mother, considering her family her greatest accomplishment.
She is the Founder of Women of Unity, a non-profit organization that empowers women of all ages, creeds, and ethnicities to discover and fulfill their purpose. Rose desires to help women live better lives through prayer, motivation, support, and empowerment. She utilizes her own life experiences to impact others, sharing relatable stories of overcoming challenges with faith and grace during her group sessions.
Rose aims to help individuals on their unique journeys, encouraging them to maintain strong faith in Christ to discover their true life purpose. She is described as authentic, caring, humble, confident, and compassionate, with a genuine love for God and empowering women.
Beyond her non-profit work, Rose is a thriving businesswoman. Her ventures equip and empower lives through Life-Thriving Programs, Business Networking Pop-up Events, and spiritually transformative Life Coach sessions.

In 2023, Rose faced a breast cancer diagnosis but is now in remission. This experience has fueled her passion to empower women facing any form of cancer, offering guidance and support throughout their challenging journeys.
Rose strives to leave a legacy of helping countless individuals walk confidently in their purpose.
